Welcome to Simple Life Alignment Coaching. By accessing our website or engaging in our coaching services, you agree to the following terms of service. These terms are designed to foster clarity, safety, and mutual respect and align with the International Coaching Federation Code of Ethics.
Simple Life Alignment Coaching provides life-coaching services focused on personal growth, alignment, and transition support. It is a collaborative, client-led process focused on awareness, clarity, and intentional action. You understand that simple life alignment coaching is not a substitute for mental health care, medical care, and legal or financial consultation.
By engaging in the Simple Life Alignment Coaching, you agree to participate voluntarily and with self-responsibility to communicate honestly and openly to make your own decisions and take your own actions. You acknowledge that your results depend on your own effort, choices, and follow- through. Simple Life Alignment Coaching is not liable for decisions you make based on coaching and is not responsible for any damage arising from the use of our website or services. You agree to hold the Life Coach harmless from any outcomes arising from your participation in life coaching.
The Simple Life Alignment Coaching is committed to upholding the ICF Code of Ethics, maintaining professional boundaries, and creating a safe, grounded, non-judgmental space. You acknowledge that the Simple Life Alignment Coaching does not guarantee specific outcomes, but the practice supports your process with care and dignity.
Your privacy is highly respected. We keep all information shared in life coaching confidential and ensure it is kept safe. We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, including providing coaching services, meeting legal or ethical obligations, and maintaining appropriate records. When personal information is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymized. Disclosure of information under these circumstances, such as a disclosure required by law, a risk of harm to yourself or others, or your written consent to share information. These exceptions follow ICF ethical standards for client safety.
Fees, payment methods, scheduling, and cancellation are clearly stated in the Life Coach-Client Agreement and are also stated before booking.
We use third-party services for scheduling, secure payment processing, email communication, and website analytics. These providers may have access to limited personal information solely to perform their services. Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to review those policies. Simple Life Alignment Coaching does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
All contents on this website- including test, graphics, branding, and resources- are the property of Simple Life Alignment and are for personal use only. You agree not to copy, distribute, or reproduce content without permission, use the website for unlawful or harmful purposes, or attempt to access restricted areas or interfere with site functionality.
